UNITED STATES ORDERS will be sent in a heavy cardboard mailer via US Media Mail and you should receive it within 7-10 business days of ordering. Limited Edition books will be shipped vis US Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 days. Orders shipped within Pennsylvania will be charged 6% sales tax.

CANADIAN ORDERS will be sent via US Air Parcel Post. PayPal automatically calculates the conversion rate for your currency. Please allow several weeks for delivery.
